How do you state condition and documentation?
Every quotation states the part condition, the traceability documentation included, pricing, and lead time. What we do not have, we say so.
How fast do you respond?
We don't quote a fixed response time. Every request gets a single point of contact who keeps you updated at every step, and AOG requests are flagged urgent and handled first.
What happens if documentation is incomplete?
You hear it from us first — not after delivery. If documentation is incomplete or a part cannot be sourced, we say so plainly.
Which countries do you ship to?
We source across international aviation markets. Give us the delivery location in your request and it will be confirmed as part of your quotation.
